Stephen Bulgarella is an experienced and knowledgeable attorney that practices law in bankruptcy, personal injury, and wills, trusts, & probate matters. Before opening The Law Office, Stephen spent five years representing major banks and mortgage lenders including Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Wells Fargo, US Bank, Penny Mac, and Regions Bank in issues related to bankruptcy and foreclosure in federal courts across the state of Alabama.

Prior to this stint representing creditors, Stephen was an associate at a highly respected bankruptcy firm where he filed hundreds of bankruptcy cases on behalf of individuals and families.

Stephen received his undergraduate degree in History and Political Science with honors from The University of Alabama. He then graduated from Cumberland School of Law, where he was named a Scholar of Merit for his studies in bankruptcy and consumer law.

Stephen says that it was his desire to help others that led him to open his own practice in 2021. He is licensed to practice law across the state of Alabama and has experience practicing in all three of the state’s federal bankruptcy courts.
